In 2020, Mr. Yoon signed a lease contract for 50 rooms in a newly built shopping center in Eungye District, Siheung, Gyeonggi-do, saying he would create a food court under his company's brand.

The developer believed Mr. Yoon's words that a lease contract with a famous franchise store would help sell the mall, and paid him a total of 2.7 billion won for interior design support expenses.

However, even after the building was completed, Mr. Yoon only opened a store in some of the 50 rooms, and even this business closed down after less than three months.
