You will also need your login details. After submitting the request, you will receive an email with a return note. Please use that return note when sending the goods back.

Why are some 3D cameras not available to order in the iPX Webstore?

Due to the complexity of many 3D camera projects, some models may require direct consultation instead of immediate online ordering. Select the right camera and send an enquiry to the iPX team.

Shipping is listed as a flat rate: $50 for the continental United States, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and other territories, and $75 for Canada. For Canadian orders, the customer is responsible for duties and taxes.

Webstore orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. If items are in stock, they are shipped by UPS Ground service, which can take 1–7 business days depending on the location in the United States or Canada.

If the items need to come from the head office and are in stock there, the delivery time may increase by an additional 5–7 business days. For preliminary information, contact the iPX sales team.

Orders in the iPX Webstore are intended for B2B customers. Please register before placing your first order. After verification, you will receive your access data and can order in the Webstore.

PayPal

PayPal is an online payment service that allows you to pay safely, simply, and quickly. After initial registration with bank or credit card information, payments can be completed securely. Your banking or credit card information is stored with PayPal and is not transmitted to third parties.

Tax exemption certificate

If you are tax exempt, upload your exemption certificate and wait for confirmation before continuing the Webstore checkout. Otherwise, applicable sales tax may be charged on the order.

Credit Card

When paying online by credit card, supported card types may include American Express, VISA, and MasterCard. You will need to enter the credit card number, expiration date, and security code during checkout.
