The Nion is a 3D camera with iToF technology based on the onsemi AF0130 Hyperlux sensor.
It operates with a resolution of 1.2 MP and uses Class 1 laser light in the 940 nm range.
It therefore ensures reliable 3D data even when used outdoors.
The built-in lens offers a field of view of 71° horizontally and 57° vertically.
In combination with the AF0130 sensor, the camera generates high 3D data density
in a working range of 0.3 m to 7.5 m.
The onsemi AF0130 sensor minimizes motion blur because it buffers all four phase exposures
required for iToF directly in the sensor before readout.
The compact, industrial-grade housing has IP67 ingress protection.
Screw-on M12 connectors for Ethernet and I/O enable robust integration into industrial environments.
The camera can be powered via an external power supply or PoE++.
